All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of HCG Forums will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

The *MoG* Forum is available for open discussion and the free exchange of opinions and ideas relating to gaming, religion, philosophies and related topics. Postings are saved and can be viewed until deleted. The postings are not edited for content, style or factual errors.

Like the community you live in, the Men of God Forums work best when everyone follows basic standards of conduct. Your privilege to use and contribute to discussions depends on your compliance with the following guidelines. The *MoG* Forum Administrators may revoke your registration privileges and/or take any other appropriate measures to enforce these guidelines if violations are brought to our attention.

As a Men of God Forum Member you are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account. Listed below are some, although not all, violations that may result in terminating your Account. By registering a Men of God Forum member name, you agree to not engage in any of the following acts:

1. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws. Further more, you warrant that you will not post any advertising/SPAM.
2. Advertising of other's personal websites/podcast must be done with permission from an administrator and the originator.
3. Do not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another *MoG* Forum participant or other individual or group.
4. Do not post any "Content" that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially or ethnically hateful including that pertaining to sexual orientation.
5. Do not impersonate a Men of God Forum person, particularly a *MoG* Forum official/admin.
6. Do not post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in *MoG* Forums.
7. Do not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing Men of God Forums or in connection with your use of Men of God Forum in any manner.
8. Do not post any material that violates copyright laws.

When posting a query and adding an image, please note the following:

It should be avoided to include images that are too broad. Not every user will have a wide screen monitor and broad images can result in having to scroll from left to right to read the texts. The recommended maximum width is 600 pixels.

If you use [ img ] tags to include images in your post, rememember that the link will be broken as soon as:

• the image is deleted from the remote server;
• the image on the remote server is renamed;
• the remote server is down.

The webmaster cannot always repair broken links. The original poster will have to do that him/herself and needs to keep in track of images (s)he placed in the forum him/herself.

Please, place images in the message itself rather than just providing links to (internet pages with) the images. For practical reasons it is better to have the actual images in the thread discussing a matter rather than having them in separate windows.

Please try to keep the number of queries per thread restricted to one or a number of related queries at most. It confuses the reader if two or more elaborate discussions start on different subjects in the same thread. Also it will lead to the loss of overview.

Instructions for adding images to posts in the Frequently Asked Questions should be followed.

If an image is not taken by yourself but linked to, for example, in an online photoalbum or other website, you must give a link to the relevant page in visible text (preferable between [ url ] tags), too.

• File size should not exceed 30Kb.
• Dimensions should not exceed 100x100 pixels.
• Make sure the file format is acceptable(jpeg,gif,png)
• Make sure the file name is acceptable(no spaces or characters)

• Dimensions of your sig cannot exceed 450x150.(this is what we'd like. Obviously it isn't going to work that way, so we just ask that you do not go overboard with your sig images and text. Keep it simple and to the point with text. Keep your images within reason)
• We do not want to place restrictions on our signatures. We feel that it is an expression and we enjoy the diversity of all the sigs. We ask that you do not go overboard though. Try not to have too many lines of text or more than two pictures(gamercard, sig). If things get out of hand, we will have to limit this and we don't want that.
• You can not upload a signature from your Computer, you need to host the image on a website such as PhotoBucket or Image Shack.
• Make sure there are no spaces in your URL, or your image will be broken and not appear.

Men of God reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Men of God Forums for adherence to these Rules or other rules that may be published from time to time. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to distribute your content, Men of God Forum is acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and *MoG* Forum is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content or activities in a topic area.
